Here at Oasis, we want to know when someone is sick, in the hospital or celebrating the birth of a baby and may need some assistance with meals, prayer or anything else.

As our church grows it becomes more difficult for our pastors to be aware of every situation going on. But by filling out the form below, it allows us to best serve you in your time of need.
